Hall Rentals

The Balwin community hall is available for rental to organizations for activities, meetings, etc.

at the following rates:

• Monday to Thursday
• (a) Rent - $250.00
• (b) Damage deposit - $250.00
  
• Friday
• (a) Rent - $500.00
• (b) Damage deposit - $500.00
  
• Saturday
• (a) Rent - $600.00
• (b) Damage deposit - $600.00
  
• Sunday
• (a) Rent - $400.00
• (b) Damage deposit - $400.00

• The damage deposit is paid to hold the rental day.
• The rent is paid when picking up the key. If there is no damage to the hall the damage deposit will be returned after inspection.
• The rental includes chairs, tables, access to the kitchen, ice machine, sound system & projector/screen and access to the stage area.
• The lower floor holds 200 people and the upper balcony will hold 50 people.
