Balwin Community Hall Rentals

The Balwin community hall is available for rental to organizations for activities, meetings, etc. at the following rates:

The damage deposit is paid to hold the rental day.
The rent is paid when picking up the key. If there is no damage to the hall the damage deposit will be returned after inspection.
The rental includes chairs, tables, ice machine, sound system and access to the stage area.
The lower floor holds 200 people and the upper balcony will hold 50 people.
